Intelligence Analyst, Global Response Operations

GRO Intelligence Analyst's prepare intelligence reports, handle sensitive content and provide recommendations to various stakeholders on high risk integrity harms using compelling narratives and data-backed trends. The focus of the role is to help Meta discover and analyze issues/ problems that could manifest within Meta’s family of products in an effort to make Meta and its users more secure through risk mitigations.You will use your experience in multidisciplinary investigations, your analytical background and your experience identifying risks to make risk-based recommendations using large data sets. You'll have the opportunity--and expectation--to proactively drive results in your area of focus. This role may periodically require you to work weekends or after hours during select high priority events.

Intelligence Analyst, Global Response Operations Responsibilities:

  • Identifying risks and providing recommendations on mitigation solutions and strategies
  • Running risk analysis based on information solicited from available sources and partners
  • Building compelling risk trend narratives for key partners and executives
  • Collaborating with wide-range of stakeholders, including in regulatory compliance and paid spaces

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience conducting Trust and Safety and/or Business Integrity investigations, intelligence analyses, or similar functions
  • Experience in data-backed storytelling through compiling, drafting and presenting analytical reports that clearly and succinctly summarize findings to audiences with wide range of perspectives, goals, and backgrounds
  • Experience with pattern, network and behavioral analysis, or root cause analysis methodologies using large data sets
  • Experience working in an ambiguous environment with work requiring a quick turnaround to assist cross-functional teams in making and/or influencing decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or for an Internet-based or technology company
  • Experience in leveraging AI for optimising work
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau or other data analytics programming languages and visualisation tools
