HR OPERATIONS INTERN

We are looking for an Intern to join the HR OPERATIONS office based in Scandicci (FI).

The intern will support the entire team in the following activities:

• Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures, responding to colleagues’ inquiries, and managing daily operational processes;
• Partner with the administrative and operative functions for the for hirings, terminations, inductions and other ad-hoc requests;
• Assist with reorganization activities involving different company departments;
• Support Budget and Forecast processes, planning and control overheads and headcounts budget;
• Support in managing disciplinary procedures and unions relations;
• Manage recruitment process for permanent roles, both directly and through external agencies;
  
  

Additional requirement:

• Bachelor's degree;
• A Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
