  • Lead the design, implementation, and tuning of control, guidance, and navigation algorithms for autonomous systems.
  • Develop and optimize state estimation and sensor fusion frameworks using data from IMU, GNSS, and vision sensors.
  • Perform dynamic modeling, simulation, and analysis to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Integrate algorithms into embedded and Linux-based systems; debug and validate performance in lab and field environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers in best practices for control and autonomy development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in GNC, control systems, estimation, or robotics dynamics.
  • Proven hands-on experience with C/C++ and Python.
  • Experience working in a Linux development environment.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and simulation skills (MATLAB/Simulink, ROS, or similar).
  • Collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and a drive to continuously learn, improve, and deliver.
