🎯About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Owner/App Growth Lead who thinks strategically about how product functionality drives behavior and business results, and who cares deeply about the user — their journey, motivations, and reasons to return.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the app’s growth roadmap — define which features drive retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
• Shape user journeys and loyalty funnels, ensuring every touchpoint strengthens customer connection.
• Partner with marketing to align tone of voice, campaign strategy, and push notification approach.
• Define and monitor key KPIs — DAU/MAU, registration rate, conversion, retention, LTV.
• Collaborate with the CTO and tech team to prioritize features (e.g., loyalty system vs. app checkout).
• Translate customer behavior into actionable product initiatives that drive measurable growth.

💡About you

You love connecting data, design, and storytelling to create products that people actually want to come back to. You balance creativity with structure and strategy with execution, and you’re motivated by the idea of owning something meaningful, not just maintaining it.

You likely have:

• 3–5+ years of experience in product growth, app marketing, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• A solid understanding of CRM, push notifications, referral systems, and loyalty funnels.
• The ability to turn DAU, retention, and LTV data into action.
• Experience building and prioritizing product roadmaps that drive engagement and revenue.
• Familiarity with UX/UI decisions or A/B testing to optimize app experience.
