We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead our Integrations team. In this role, you’ll define the vision, roadmap, and execution of integrations with internal and external systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, stakeholders, and partners to deliver scalable, reliable integrations that create real customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of maintaining and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to ensure alignment with the product vision and overall business objectives.
• Work with engineering and stakeholders to deliver high-quality integrations.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead integrations team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in product management/ownership, ideally in PaaS or integrations.
• Work experience leading a development team.
• Work with multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time.
• Strong skills in prioritization, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical, customer-focused mindset.
• Communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position: € 3300-5000 (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
