THR is Hiring — Senior DevOps Engineer Consultant (Hybrid | On-Site | Financial Sector | Luxembourg)

Contract: Freelance or Permanent (CDI)

THR is recruiting on behalf of one of its trusted partners, an external consultancy firm based in Luxembourg.

The selected candidate will work on-site (hybrid mode) at the end client’s premises within the financial sector, contributing to strategic projects focused on CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

⚠️ Important: A valid work permit for Luxembourg is mandatory.

Due to the urgency of the mission, no sponsorship can be provided for this role.

🎯 Your Mission

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible
• Monitor system performance and ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline software delivery
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes

🧠 Your Skills

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines & Repos)
• Proficiency with Ansible or other configuration management tools
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with GitOps workflows/tools
• Azure or DevOps certifications
