To support our growth, we are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team and contribute to high-impact projects across Private & Retail Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, and other key sectors. The PMO will play a central role in structuring, coordinating, and steering complex projects and programmes for our clients.

Your Role

As a PMO, you will play a central role in delivering successful projects by:

• Supporting and coordinating strategic projects across planning, governance, and execution
• Establishing and maintaining project management standards, templates, and documentation
• Building and tracking project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Preparing high-quality reporting: dashboards, KPIs, steering committee packs, minutes
• Facilitating project meetings and ensuring structured follow-up on actions
• Acting as a central point of coordination between teams, departments, and external partners
• Contributing to change management and continuous improvement of PMO practices

Your Profile

• A Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe,) are an advantage
• 2 to 7 years of experience as PMO, Project Coordinator or Business Analyst within the financial sector
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
• Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Languages: Fluent in French and English
