Our client, a leading Global Cryptocurrency Platform is seeking a highly motivated Complaints Analyst to join its Compliance team. This is a 5-day in the office role but we are looking for candidates who have strong Luxembourg experience and live and are able to work in Luxembourg currently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all complaints are handled in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Liaise with various departments to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and customer service practices.


Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 - 5 years experience in a complaints handling role, preferably within the financial services, fintech/ crypto sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal French communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
