As our new Medior Software Engineer, you will play a key part in a team that develops Manufacturing Process Optimization software. You translate functional requirements from our stakeholders (internal & external) into practical solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and integrating custom solutions;
- Test automation, performance improvement, ;
- Improving system performance, reliability, and scalability;
- Troubleshooting issues before and during production;
- Participating in code reviews, scrum rituals, and sprint planning;
- Contributing to ongoing improvements in development tooling and processes.
Must-haves:
- BSc or MSc in Software/ Computer Science/ other IT-related field;
- 3+ years of Object Oriented Development as a software engineer or developer;
- Experience in a low-level environment;
- Strong skills and knowledge in .NET and C#;
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes);
- Experience/ certification in Agile/ Scrum;
- Strong communication skills for interaction with team, PM, and stakeholders;
- Proficiency in English.
Nice-to-haves:
- Other languages like Python;
- Understanding of industrial environments;
- Experience with IoT, MES, or SCADA systems;
- Proficiency in Dutch language.
What We Offer
- Salary between €4.200 - €5.500;
- Hybrid working;
- 40 hours/ week;
- Start date ASAP, but no later than February 1st, 2026.
