About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager for a global healthcare technology company with a strong market presence. This role is critical to managing new product launches and clearing backlog in pricing registration, asset approvals, and regional communication. You will lead product development and launch activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and market success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development for a product range: define target consumer, product requirements, pricing, channel strategy, go-to-market plan, key claims, and business case.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for product positioning and market penetration.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute product launch activities within budget, coordinating with global headquarters, sales, marketing activation, supply chain, and quality/regulatory teams.
• Act as Project Owner for assigned launches, ensuring all project milestones and approval steps are completed on time.

Who We're Looking For

• 3-4 years' experience as a Product Manager (medical device experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage product launches and adapt quickly to new processes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and handling multiple priorities.
• Experience with interim or contract roles preferred.
