As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the core backend services that power a cutting-edge access security platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that safeguard identity and access management for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer passionate about distributed systems, microservices, and secure architectures. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend systems and APIs supporting identity and access management solutions
• Build scalable microservices architectures, ensuring robustness, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, DevOps, and product management, to deliver seamless integrations
• Implement RESTful APIs and backend services with strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and testability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews, promoting best practices across the engineering organization
• Leverage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IAM services to build secure and efficient systems
• Monitor, debug, and maintain distributed systems, ensuring high availability and performance
• Take end-to-end ownership of product features — from design and implementation to deployment and optimization
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of proven experience in backend software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang or Java, with solid experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and IAM features
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching mechanisms, and scalable backend infrastructure
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
