Your new role

As a Workday Support Specialist, you will provide first-line assistance to users, ensuring the smooth operation of the Workday platform. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience as Workday users or key users, even without a technical background. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily operations, performing basic configurations, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents and optimise HR processes. You will also contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users in the use of the Workday platform
  • Perform basic configurations and ensure proper system setup
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and optimise processes
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across HR systems
  • Participate in continuous improvements and system enhancements


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as a Workday user or Workday key user (technical expertise is not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with HR processes and workflows
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborative attitude and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the Workday ecosystem
