Job Title: Cybersecurity Technician

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2–3x office days per week)

Overview / Summary:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Technician to monitor, detect, and respond to security threats. This role focuses on managing security tools, analyzing events, and supporting the SOC to ensure a secure IT environment.
The ideal profissional has hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IAM, and vulnerability management, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Monitor security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and respond to incidents.
  • Manage and configure endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
  • Support identity and access management (IAM) processes.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in mitigation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the SOC and IT teams to maintain a secure environment.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on security incidents and activities.



Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:
  • +2 years of experience in Cybersecurity roles.
  • Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk or QRadar.
  • Experience with EDR, IAM, and vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of SOC operations and cybersecurity best practices.
  • English: +B2
