Role Overview
The position focuses on designing and improving security policies, assessing risks, supporting internal teams with security action plans, and contributing to cybersecurity governance and especially in AI and data-related contexts.
Hybrid, Lisbon (2 days per week on-site)
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and improvement of cybersecurity policies and strategies.
• Assess security risks across technologies, tools, and services; recommend enhancements.
• Work closely with cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure alignment with security objectives.
• Develop security indicators, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Supervise internal security control testing and validation activities.
• Support AI & Data Cyber Governance initiatives.
• Perform risk assessments for solutions developed by AI and innovation teams.
• Maintain an updated inventory of applications and their security documentation (Risk Assessments, Pentests).
• Track remediation plans and support the preparation of risk committees.
• Review and manage access requests across internal systems (e.g., Iwave, MyAccess, Mobisubscribe).
