This role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation decentralized applications across the Solana ecosystem and multiple leading blockchains. You will work at the intersection of smart contract engineering, backend systems, and cross-chain integrations, designing secure and scalable on-chain architecture. Collaborating with highly skilled teams in a fast-paced Web3 environment, you will help build the core foundations that support tokenomics, DeFi mechanisms, and multichain interoperability. The position is ideal for an engineer passionate about cutting-edge blockchain technologies, performance optimization, and delivering production-ready Web3 solutions.
Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Solana smart contracts using Rust and the Anchor framework
- Build Solidity or Vyper smart contracts for cross-chain or EVM-compatible deployments
- Develop and optimize tokenomics-related programs, including staking, liquidity, farming, and IDO logic, ensuring security and modularity
- Implement and maintain token standards such as SPL, ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, and ERC4626
- Integrate smart contracts with backend and frontend systems using tools like ethers.js, web3.js, or solana/web3.js
- Build and maintain cross-chain bridges, indexing services, and transaction monitoring infrastructure
- Develop backend APIs and services with Node.js and TypeScript, integrating blockchain modules with microservices and databases
- Ensure system reliability through strong observability, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms
- Conduct code reviews, apply security best practices, and ensure audit readiness for all on-chain components
- Implement unit, integration, and fuzz tests and collaborate with auditors to apply remediations
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Solana development, with additional exposure to major blockchains such as Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, or Avalanche
- Proven experience building on at least one EVM-compatible network
- Strong backend engineering background with TypeScript and Node.js
- Deep understanding of Web3 fundamentals, including wallets, transactions, on-chain data, IDOs, ICOs, and DeFi mechanisms such as staking and liquidity pools
- Experience integrating smart contracts into production environments and building robust multichain systems
- Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in remote and asynchronous environments
