For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Over 5 years of professional experience applying data science and analytics to inform business decisions
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with analytical tools such as R, AWS Athena, and similar platforms
- Ability to clearly summarize and communicate complex analysis results to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Experience conducting A/B testing and using front-end data to evaluate the impact of new features on user engagement
- Skilled at analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights and practical solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint
- Advanced data visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.
- Expertise in predictive modeling, covering parametric methods (e.g., logit/probit), non-parametric methods (e.g., random forest, neural networks), and other machine learning techniques such as clustering (desirable)
- Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)
- Available for a full remote work model based in Portugal
