DEKRA ZAPOSLITEV d.o.o. is recruiting for a leading international FMCG company known for its strong brands, dynamic culture, and focus on innovation. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Ambassador Manager to strengthen their presence in Slovenia and drive growth in the Reduced-Risk Products (RRP) category.
💼 What you’ll do
- Lead, structure, and motivate the Brand Ambassador team
- Manage recruitment and performance processes
- Oversee bonus plans and drive target achievement
- Support strong cross-functional collaboration
- Manage digital tools & app administration
✨ What you bring
- 5+ years of sales experience (ideally FMCG/tobacco), incl. field sales
- Proven team leadership
- Fluent in Slovene + English
- University degree
- Solid MS Office skills
