Network and Security Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Network & Security Engineer on behalf of our client - an innovative IT services provider known for delivering secure, modern infrastructure solutions to organizations across Central Switzerland. In this role, you will serve as a key technical contact for some of their customers, ensuring that network and security environments - both in the client’s data center and on customer sites-run reliably and without interruption.

The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in switching, routing, WLAN, and security technologies, particularly with HPE Aruba and Fortinet. Knowledge of NAC (e.g., Clearpass), forward/reverse proxy systems (e.g., Netscaler), PKI, and certificate-based authentication is highly valued. You bring a structured, independent work style, enjoy customer interaction, and remain composed in dynamic situations. Strong communication skills, authenticity, and a proactive mindset are essential.
