We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented junior professional to join our Account Management team as a Client Support / Onboarding Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in client onboarding, compliance, or relationship management—particularly within financial services or digital assets—and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The starting date is asap at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding by reviewing documentation and ensuring data accuracy
- Assist with transaction monitoring, wallet checks, and client screenings using internal tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Provide high-quality support to clients and help strengthen relationships to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct periodic client reviews to assess relationship health and potential risks
- Grow into full responsibility for a client portfolio, becoming the primary point of contact over time
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field—alternatively a completed banking apprenticeship combined with several years of relevant professional experience
- 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, client onboarding, or compliance related functions
- Interest in digital assets, fintech, or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
