Your new company
For one of our clients, a dynamic company in the food industry, committed to innovation and excellence. We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced R&D Product Development Manager to join their team in Bihor and to lead product innovation and optimization initiatives.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing and developing processes related to product innovation, testing, and improvement. Your role will ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards while driving technological efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new recipes, improve existing products, and coordinate testing and implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in R&D within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food processing technologies, raw materials, additives, preservatives, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in product testing and recipe formulation.
- Excellent planning, analytical, and project implementation skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (technologists, operators, quality control).
- English proficiency – intermediate to advanced level.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
