Weâre looking for a Studio Lighting Designer & Programmer to join their innovative and creative team.
What Youâll Do
As a key part of the studioâs visual production team, you will:
- Program and operate ChamSys MagicQ for live, virtual, and broadcast-style events
- Design dynamic, reactive lighting sequences that sync perfectly with game and show cues
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to bring immersive digital worlds to life
- Turn design concepts into cue stacks, timelines, shaders, and pixel maps
- Maintain and troubleshoot intelligent and pixel-based fixtures
- Optimize lighting setups for real-time rendering, streaming, and broadcast environments
What Weâre Looking For
- Hands-on experience with ChamSys MagicQ programming and operation
- Strong understanding of DMX, Art-Net, sACN, and other lighting control protocols
- Solid experience with intelligent and pixel-mapped lighting fixtures
- Ability to sync lighting with video, audio, or show-control systems
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity (a strong advantage)
- A creative, organized, and proactive mindsetâsomeone who thrives in fast-paced production environments
