Job Description
- Collaborate within an agile team to design, develop, and deliver IT solutions for our aftermarket sector.
- Lead backend development efforts using Java and modern cloud technologies.
- Ensure rapid, high-quality delivery of software solutions that meet business needs.
- Quickly understand complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Extensive experience in Java backend development. Hibernate, Springboot
- Strong proficiency with cloud technologies (Azure)
- Additional dev stack, GitHub, Robot Framework, Backstage, Soundcheck, Co-Pilot, Angular (you don’t need to master all of these)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and requirements.
- Experience working in agile teams and environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
