As a Product Strategist, you deliver high-value, actionable product strategies for potential and existing clients.
You act as a key consultant throughout the different stages of the product lifecycle and help shape the product direction that leads to measurable business outcomes.
You support both our clients' success and the organization's growth by translating insights into strategic product decisions that drive long-term value.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar strategist role (e.g. Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Strategy Manager, Product Marketing Manager) within a software development or digital product company,
- Proven experience working directly with clients to understand and shape their product vision, business goals, and product goals,
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to connect user needs, business objectives, and market opportunities,
- Advanced marketing knowledge around strategy and measurement topics,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences (technical, business, executive),
- Analytical and data-driven mindset - comfortable using data and analytics to make informed recommendations,
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
- Expertise in product development methodologies such as Lean and Agile,
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, and Google Suite (especially Sheets & Excel),
- Fluent English (C1) and native Polish
- Background in Mathematics, Data Science, or Marketing/Business,
- Experience with CRM, CDP, marketing automation, or product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Pendo, SimilarWeb),
- Knowledge of retail and e-commerce industries,
- Experience creating and facilitating workshops (online and offline),
- Familiarity with different billing models (e.g. Time & Material, Fixed Price)
- Define and deliver actionable, high-value product strategies for clients, from early concept to post-launch phases,
- Advise clients on business models, growth strategies, product positioning, and measurable outcomes,
- Analyze data to understand customer needs and shape product direction based on insights,
- Set up key metrics at product, functional, and business levels, aligning them with OKRs,
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Delivery, Engineering, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless handover from strategy to execution,
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to ongoing delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals,
- Develop frameworks and tools that improve the efficiency and quality of product strategy work,
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor products, and new technologies to drive innovation,
- Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor and strategic partner,
- Ensure quality and clarity in all deliverables - strategic documents, roadmaps, and business cases
- A key consultant shaping the strategic direction of our clients' digital products
- A partner to business leaders, helping them make data-driven, user-focused decisions
- A thought leader in product strategy, bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges
