Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with excellent Excel and reporting skills on a 6-month contract. This role has been signed off by the business and requires someone who can start immediately.

Data Analyst - Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱

Contract: B2B 6 months

Start: ASAP

Rate: 100 PLN/h

Location: Warsaw (minimum 2 days on-site per week)

Key Requirements:

• Advanced Excel expertise – including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills.
• Data management experience across multiple projects or portfolios.
• Understanding of Portfolio & Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, PMO best practices).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to interact with senior management and transformation leads.
• Ability to work under pressure, delivering accurate insights within tight deadlines.
• A mindset for continuous improvement – challenge conventional approaches and drive simplification.
• Independent and proactive, with the ability to collaborate within a small, fast-paced team.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
