About the role:

Senior Network Engineer works as a part of the team to design, install, configure and administer the relevant systems as well as documenting processes, procedures and operational activities whenever necessary. We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer with the following qualifications.

This position will be;

• Collaborating with necessary stakeholders to design and implement functional networks.
• Designing, installing and configuring network devices
• Performing system updates and maintenance.
• Performing patch management activities and ensuring its compliance with the information security procedures
• Ensuring that the errors are analyzed and the problems are solved in line with the log checks
• Carrying out the forward checks of the systems, detect the situations likely to cause interruption in advance, and perform proactive works
• Planning and testing the disaster recovery scenarios
• Providing after-hours support for emergencies and planned maintenance activities
• Designing and implementing monitoring and reporting functions
• Tracking new technologies, suggesting improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability accordingly
• Conducting requirements analysis, prepare technical specifications, and perform POC and tests
• Documenting processes, procedures and operational activities
• Maintaining inventory and asset configuration

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Network Administration
• Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently
• Extensive experience working with enterprise networks
• Preferably has CCIE Enterprise certification
• High level analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies
• Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet and Huawei
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco ISE
• Advanced knowledge of Wireless Technologies
• Advanced knowledge of underlay and overlay network topologies
• Advanced knowledge of Multi-Site DC Network Interconnection and Infrastructure
• Advanced knowledge of MP-BGP, EVPN
• Application problem detection with Network Packet Analysis
• Expert on complex packet-based network problems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using tools such as TCPDUMP, FW Monitor, Packet Capture, or Wireshark
