What You Will Do

• Manage load balancing, WAF, and security policies on Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
• Install, configure, and maintain Palo Alto, Fortinet, Sophos, and pfSense firewalls
• Implement web application security, IPS/IDS, and DDoS protection mechanisms
• Configure and maintain VPN tunnels (IPSec, SSL-VPN), high availability setups, and NAT rules across multi-vendor environments
• Analyze network traffic, optimize performance, and enforce security policies
• Provide technical support for customer and end-user inquiries
• Conduct daily system checks, log analyses, and incident management activities
• Review and enhance security policies to address emerging threats
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver training sessions for team members when needed

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in network and security management, preferably with Managed Services experience
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Palo Alto, Fortinet, Sophos XG and pfSense firewalls
• Strong understanding of firewall management, load balancing, and WAF solutions
• Hands-on experience with SSL offloading, reverse proxy, Layer 7 traffic management, and IPS/IDS systems
• Expertise in network security, VPN, NAT, UTM, SSL VPN, and IPSEC VPN technologies
• Experience in open-source and commercial firewall platforms, including policy-based routing, failover, and VPN gateway management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong team player with a customer-focused service approach
• Citrix, Palo Alto (PCNSE), Fortinet (NSE), and Sophos Certified Engineer/Architect certifications are preferred
