Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand finance reporting requirements within the ASPIRE program, focusing on all Finance processes in Analytics & Reporting.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative Finance reporting solutions across SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), aligned with project guidelines and Roche Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Perform data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities to ensure high-quality and consistent data structures.
• Conduct testing and validation to secure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of all reporting solutions.
• Document technical and functional specifications using SAP Solution Manager.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Finance reporting solutions during deployment.
• Collaborate closely with the Analytics & Reporting Finance business team, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the product owner to gather requirements and deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging SAP technologies related to Finance reporting.
• Leverage FIORI development in S/4HANA to enhance the user interface and user experience.
• Utilize SAP Datasphere capabilities to improve data accessibility, integration, and reporting efficiency

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP BW development and support, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP ECC, and integration with SAP modules.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and report/dashboard development.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data visualization and advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA requirements).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
