What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Support Kinguin’s transition toward becoming a data-driven and AI-enabled company.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for new data insights and BI dashboards (primarily in Looker).
  • Translate business needs into scalable data design models aligned with internal standards.
  • Implement enhancements to Business Intelligence components on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Perform data mining to uncover business value and actionable insights.
  • Design semantic data layer models for new data sources.
  • Coordinate integration of new internal and external data sources.
  • Configure BI connectors for data ingestion into the Data Warehouse.
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize data flows.
  • Build logical data models (Fact & Dimension tables) within the Data Warehouse.
  • Leverage built-in AI and machine-assisted analytics features (e.g., Looker Conversational Analytics, Vertex AI, or GCP automation tools) to enhance forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation (no ML model development required).

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong technical background in data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and database design.
  • Experience building BI and data solutions in the cloud (Google Cloud preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern BI tools (we use Looker) and data visualization platforms.
  • Understanding of ITSM and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Interest in using AI-enhanced BI tools to improve data quality, insight discovery, and reporting efficiency.
  • Basic Python programming skills (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 or process modeling notations (nice to have).
