Job Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the overall system maintenance of the digital asset trading platform, including servers, networks, databases, middleware, and application systems—covering deployment, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.
2. Build and maintain automated operation and maintenance (O&M) frameworks to enhance system stability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
3. Establish a comprehensive monitoring and alerting system to track key metrics such as performance, traffic, and security in real time, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
4. Develop and maintain detailed O&M documentation, including deployment manuals, fault analysis reports, and emergency response plans.
5. Support development, testing, and business teams by promoting standardized, automated, and streamlined O&M workflows.
6. Conduct regular system security audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and promptly fix vulnerabilities.
7. Respond rapidly to online incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Collaborate closely with risk control, customer service, and R&D teams to ensure the secure and stable operation of the platform.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of system operation and maintenance experience in the Internet or FinTech industry; prior experience in digital asset trading platforms is a plus.
3. Proficient in Linux systems with solid knowledge of systems, networking, storage, and security fundamentals.
4. Skilled in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Shell, Go) and capable of developing automation scripts.
5. Familiar with containerization and automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Jenkins.
6. Experienced in managing mainstream databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis, MongoDB) and message queue systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
7. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to resolve complex issues quickly under high-pressure environments.
8. Good understanding and hands-on experience in security defense, data backup, and disaster recovery.
9. Excellent communication skills and strong team collaboration spirit.
