LLM Trainer (Agentic Tasks) – Norwegian Bokmål (Norway)

Role Overview

You will help enhance Large Language Models by generating top-quality Norwegian Bokmål dialogue datasets. These datasets support both fine-tuning and model evaluation for a leading foundational LLM company.

Your task is to design sophisticated multi-turn conversations between a user and an AI assistant, incorporating realistic Norwegian cultural context and decision-making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create natural multi-turn conversations in Norwegian Bokmål between users and assistants involving tool-based interactions.
• Act as both user and assistant, providing tool calls where needed to correct or complete tasks.
• Ensure the assistant’s tool usage follows logical, culturally accurate Norwegian patterns.
• Craft clear, engaging dialogues reflecting Norwegian communication style and expectations.
• Produce examples covering successful tasks, polite refusal of infeasible tasks, and natural general chat.
• Follow the internal playbook for formatting and quality control.
• Iterate on examples based on reviewer feedback.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistency and high standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in tech or analytical roles.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and logical reasoning.
• Strong technical reasoning and ability to model agentic tool use.
• Native or professional proficiency in Norwegian Bokmål.
• Excellent written communication with linguistic and cultural authenticity.
• Experience with LLMs or virtual assistants is advantageous.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines closely and consistently.
