As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive organizational culture and supporting our employees' professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with training and development programs
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, updating policies, and managing HR software
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes and employee feedback initiatives
- Gather and analyze data to support HR reporting and improve processes
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the real estate or service industries
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software
