Agile Delivery Coach

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Delivery Coach in Jupiter, FL. Core Responsibilities:

• Agile Delivery Management: Support Product Owner in translating business requirements into actionable development tasks
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily standups; Sprint planning; Sprint reviews; Retrospectives; Quarterly PI Planning sessions
• Manage Jira boards for: PD Atlas Manager development; In-house image recognition initiatives; AI-driven story generation and productivity tracking
• Conduct epic planning for multi-funded project requirements
• Track sprint velocity, burndown metrics, and team capacity across distributed teams
• Facilitate backlog grooming to ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Identify dependencies and manage IT tickets for development and data science work
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between: Business Analyst team
• IT Manager's software engineering team; Enterprise Atlas developers; GridSight Vendor Coordination
• Host and facilitate meetings with AI model and platform vendors supporting GridSight Image Recognition
• Track vendor deliverables, milestones, and contractual commitments (approx. 3 AI model vendors, 1 platform vendor)
• Automate meeting status and deliverable tracking using Power Automate, NEE AI, or other AI tools
• Standardize reporting across all GridSight project categories
• Document meeting outcomes, action items, and decision logs for stakeholder visibility
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and escalate risks or delays to GridSight leadership
• Maintain vendor delivery schedules and status dashboards aligned with internal timelines
• Coordinate technical integration between vendor platforms and internal Company systems
• Facilitate communication between vendor teams and internal development resources
  
  

Requirements

• Project Tracking: Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with distributed teams
• Change Management: Experience supporting organizational transformation and workflow adoption
• AI Tools: Familiarity with modern AI tech stack for technical project management
• Agile Methodologies: Expert in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks (CSM or PSM preferred)
• Jira Administration: Advanced skills in configuration, workflow customization, dashboards, and reporting
• Stakeholder Communication: Strong facilitation and coordination skills across technical and business groups
• Impediment Resolution: Proven problem-solving for technical, organizational, and resource constraints
• Metrics & Reporting: Ability to track and communicate team performance, velocity, and capacity
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach with enterprise IT development teams
• Experience supporting AI development, data engineering, GIS, or BI project portfolios
• Background in geospatial technology or utility industry applications
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong collaboration with technical leads, product owners, and executive leadership
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
