Senior BI Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior BI Analyst to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in the transition from Palantir to GCP, evaluating current systems, shaping data models, mapping data sources to targets, and ensuring a smooth and reliable migration process

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data and business frameworks currently used in Palantir
• Create, refine, and manage canonical data models
• Establish thorough mappings from source systems to target data models and from models to data consumers like Oracle datamarts
• Oversee the data migration workflow, maintaining high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements for robust data model development
• Prepare clear documentation for data models, mapping strategies, and migration steps
• Support reporting, analytics, and verification of migrated data

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Comprehensive understanding of canonical data models and mapping techniques, with hands-on expertise
• Demonstrated experience in managing data migration projects
• Skill in evaluating complex data structures and developing integration solutions
• Practical experience with SQL
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in communication and documentation
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or above

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Familiarity with GCP, Palantir, and Oracle platforms
• Knowledge of data governance principles and data quality management
