Must have -
- Candidate’s core skill to be C hands on skill. C++ is good to have
- Must have good working experience on Linux / Unix environment
- Should be able to code on Unix (ex) Socket Programming
Good to have -
- Domain knowledge will be helpful – Banking with focus on Cards & Payment (understanding of Schemes like Mastercard/Visa, ISO 8085 messages etc)
- Internal interview must cover above 4 points and meet 70 to 80% of score
