Summary - The CSAT Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to provide actionable insights that improve customer experience and support business growth at AkzoNobel. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, behaviors, and feedback by leveraging data from multiple sources, ensuring that the organization remains customer-centric in its decision-making. The position works closely with commercial teams, customer experience managers, and data engineers to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics that highlight customer trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Job Requirements -
- Strong skills in data modeling, analytics, and translating business questions into impactful visual insights
- Expertise in Power BI development and dashboard optimization
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VBA for automation
- Experience with data integration from multiple sources (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Crystal Reports, HFM, SAP/BI, Databricks)
- Ability to manage a backlog of reporting and analytics needs with structured planning and prioritization
- Experience organizing and leading meetings, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment
- Proven ability to manage small projects, communicate technical outputs to non-technical stakeholders, and influence senior decision-makers
- Educational background or proven experience in statistics, data science, or machine learning
- Strong analytical curiosity and ability to extract business insights from complex datasets
- Interest in global market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic intelligence
- Ability to work independently with high self-sufficiency, while also collaborating effectively across teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Key Responsibilities -
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback, survey results, and behavioral data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain customer insights dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI and Excel.
- Optimize and enhance existing customer insights dashboards for clarity, usability, and performance.
- Design and improve data collection processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer data.
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT to ensure seamless integration and accessibility of customer data.
- Present findings and recommendations to commercial and customer experience teams to drive improvements in products, services, and processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their customer insight needs and support ongoing refinement of reporting deliverables.
