Senior Data Scientist

You’ll work on projects at the intersection of data science, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs) helping design secure, scalable, and intelligent systems that make AI safer and more effective for real-world use.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize machine learning models and data pipelines
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs and generative AI systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven products
• Apply statistical analysis, NLP, and predictive modeling to real-world problems
• Communicate insights and research findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Experience working with LLMs, NLP, or generative AI
• Strong understanding of data engineering and model evaluation techniques
• Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for applied AI

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LangChain, RAG, or OpenAI API
• Familiarity with MLOps or deploying ML models in production
• Background in AI ethics, model interpretability, or bias detection
