Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities to meet delivery timelines and quality standards
  • Finalize project outputs to match stakeholder expectations
  • Manage project scope with effective requirements traceability
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Negotiate project terms and resolve conflicts among parties
  • Adapt project plans to changing business and project needs
  • Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices
  • Decompose project scope into tasks and milestones
  • Oversee budget and cost management for optimal resource allocation
  • Align project goals with product management and business analysis
  • Maintain motivation and discipline to achieve project objectives independently
  • Facilitate partnership development to advance project success
  • Monitor operational, financial and strategic factors affecting projects

 

Requirements

  • Experience in project management or related roles for more than 2 years
  • Leadership skills in managing project teams and delivery processes
  • Proven record in finalizing and delivering projects within deadlines
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
  • Adaptability to handle change and uncertainty
  • Negotiation skills for conflict management and compromise
  • Experience in backlog management and business or functional requirements
  • Understanding of operational, financial and strategic aspects of organizations
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams
  • Self-motivation and discipline for independent work
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with budget and cost management
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+)

 

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
