Your territory

As part of our Data team, you will:

  • Lead our business data analytics team, enabling Tractive to make faster, smarter, and truly data-driven decisions across the entire business
  • Set the team’s vision and roadmap together with your team, translating company goals into a clear backlog of near-term deliverables and longer-term strategic initiatives - while balancing priorities across domains
  • Work with a team of 6 highly motivated Data Analysts to translate business challenges into data-driven insights, covering Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Finance, Logistics, Product and Customer Support
  • Foster continuous growth with one-on-one guidance, open feedback, and thoughtful reviews that amplify each analyst’s strengths
  • Supervise the design and implementation of impactful tracking solutions, dashboards and reports, dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions
  • Ensure robust data preparation, cleaning, and modeling processes - laying the foundation for trustworthy analytics
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in leading analytics teams, with a track record of growing people and delivering impact
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and/or data warehouses (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Python experience is a plus
  • Expertise with BI & visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality and best practices in data analytics
  • Familiarity with web tracking and digital analytics is a big plus (GA4, GTM, affiliates, attribution)
  • Very good English skills
