About You And J&J

Join our team as a junior engineer and be at the forefront of technology to make a difference in people's lives! The aim of this challenge is to develop you through a 2-year rotation trajectory. This opportunity provides you with valuable exposure, training and insight into J&J Technology.

During the program, you will gain structured exposure across Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud, and the two core domains: Full Stack Engineering and ERP Systems. You will commence in the track aligned with your hire with the opportunity to rotate through another domain area. Upon completion of the rotation, you will return to your original track and role. This rotation process is designed to broaden your skills and understanding of different technological domains, while your primary focus will be on the domain you were hired into.

• Full Stack Engineering (FSE):
  
  

In J&J, we are committed to delivering innovative and impactful applications that support internal teams as well as external stakeholders—including doctors and patients.

As part of the Full Stack Engineering chapter, you will have the opportunity to help shape these solutions while receiving hands-on coaching and mentoring from experienced engineers. You’ll work in agile product and platform squads, building API-driven applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js. We regularly develop proofs-of-concept to stay ahead of emerging technology trends and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

You will begin your journey as a backend or frontend engineer, with the flexibility to explore the full stack and grow your technical expertise across a wide range of modern technologies.

• ERP Systems:
  
  

As part of J&J's digital transformation journey, we are committed to developing essential skills to support the migration from SAP to S4Hana, benefiting both our Pharma and Med Tech divisions. Our key operational processes—including order-to-cash, manufacturing, quality, finance, and logistics—are vital to the Supply Chain and are primarily powered by SAP/S4 platforms as the preferred technology. Initially, you'll begin in an operations and maintenance role, with a structured development and training plan aimed at progressing toward either functional engineering or technical engineering expertise.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology sciences, engineering,
  
  

mathematics, or related field preferred. We look for graduates or fairly recent

graduates (max. 3 years).

• Good organizational, planning and prioritization skills
• Appetite for learning and developing your IT skills and to be passionate about working for a healthcare company
