F5 & Palo Alto Security Engineer

We are looking for a Senior IT Security Specialist to join a strategic project for one of our clients in Brussels. This program focuses on securing critical systems and network infrastructures in a highly sensitive environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with security policies.
• Perform regular technical assessments of IT systems.
• Respond effectively to crises (organized attacks, network intrusions, virus detection).
• Define response scenarios and recommend technical solutions.
• Detect and mitigate security vulnerabilities across Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android environments.
• Conduct risk analyses and provide reports to management.

Key skills required:

• Proven expertise in BIG IP F5 (APM, ASM, AWAF, LTM, GTM).
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of VPN and Web Proxy solutions.
• Deep understanding of Windows Server/Azure and RedHat Linux environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Nessus, ELK.
