Role: Salesforce AI Developer - Agent force Implementation

Location: Brussel, Belgium

Contract duration: 6 Months

Languages: French/Dutch + English

Work mode: Hybrid

Objectives of the mission:

·        Implement AI use cases in the Salesforce environment.

·        Guarantee the performance and maintainability of developments.

·        Collaborate with the AI Expert and the Functional Analyst to ensure consistency in the POC.

General tasks and skills

·        Develop and configure Agent force features.

·        Integrate AI prompts, actions, and flows into Salesforce Service Cloud.

·        Create and optimize automations through Flow and Apex.

·        Participate in unit testing and sandbox integration.

·        Write technical documentation and provide post-delivery support.

Mission-specific technical expertise

·        Excellent command of Salesforce Apex, LWC, Flow Builder.

·        Knowledge of Salesforce AI tools: Prompt Builder, Copilot Builder, Einstein GPT.

·        Experience with Data Cloud and REST/SOAP API.

·        Good understanding of multi-system integration and CRM data models.
