The main purpose of the role is to manage, develop and provide IT Network services for daa and its customers ensuring all daa LAN, WAN, Wireless and Internet connectivity, equipment and services are maintained and deployed to a professional standard.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support as and where required.
- Produce high-quality documentation to support workarounds and/or resolutions to assist in knowledge transfer and efficiencies.
- Responsible for management of IT systems monitoring and identify the appropriate resolution in the event of an incident.
- Assist internal IT teams and provide advice and guidance where appropriate in relation to incidents, service requests and/or projects to ensure the successful completion of said items.
- Complete daily, weekly and/or quarterly Network Administration tasks as and when necessary to ensure that the environment remains in a healthy state.
- Adhere to published team and department procedures and processes.
- Responsible for IP address management.
