Our client is a fast-paced fintech company, and they are seeking motivated candidates for an exciting new opportunity. The ideal candidate will be available to start relatively quickly, with the option to begin on a fractional basis before transitioning to full-time. We are looking for individuals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to the role.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Fintech/Financial Services or start-up
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Works to deadlines and roadmaps
  • Innovative and can-do and must-do mentality
  • Excellent understanding of cloud services, virtualization, and networking in the cloud
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and AWS ECS
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and understanding branching strategies and best practices
  • Ensure systems are resilient and highly available
  • Build and improve different stages of secure software development life cycle
  • Collaborate with product development and other cross-functional teams
  • Create and manage cloud infrastructure components in a secure, automated and consistent code-like manner (IaC).
  • Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual errors and accelerate the software delivery process
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to detect, identify and address issues proactively
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure costs by monitoring resource usage and implementing cost-saving strategies
  • Maintain documentation of infrastructure, processes, and configurations to ensure that knowledge is shared and well-documented for future reference
  • Ensuring that the software and infrastructure meet industry standards, compliance and security requirements
