Our international and passionate team is on an exciting journey of growth and transformation, and we’re now looking for a Data Analyst to take a central role in turning raw data into actionable insights.

This is a key role, reporting directly to me as Head of Data Management, and will be instrumental in building and shaping our in-house data management team as the central hub for all data-related topics.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Data Analyst, you will play a central role in turning data into business value. You will analyze KPIs, identify trends, and create impactful visualizations that make complex information accessible to teams across Europe. A key part of your role will be defining and maintaining our business glossary and standardized KPIs, ensuring consistency and transparency across all markets.

You will work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to connect business questions with technical solutions, supporting both day-to-day operations and the development of advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

Your Mission

• Analyze KPIs, monitor trends, and generate actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Define and maintain the business glossary and standardized KPIs across all markets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the right data sources are available.
• Support Data Scientists in developing predictive models and AI-driven solutions.
• Present findings clearly and effectively, ensuring insights influence business operations.

Who You Are

· You bring hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, with a genuine curiosity for uncovering insights that drive smarter decisions.

· You’re comfortable working with both relational and non-relational databases and know how to make data talk.

· You have a strong command of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar and you enjoy turning complex data into clear, meaningful stories.

· You combine analytical precision and mathematical thinking with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.

· You’re a strong communicator and storyteller, capable of explaining data-driven insights in a way that inspires and aligns cross-functional teams.

· You thrive in dynamic, international environments, managing multiple priorities without losing focus or enthusiasm.

· You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken — and if you speak other European languages, that’s a great plus.
