The Role
- Develop automated deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure as code.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, containerised environments, and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability across production and staging environments.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance measures in infrastructure and pipelines.
- Evaluate and adopt tools, frameworks, and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Document systems, workflows, and operational procedures for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure systems scale effectively to handle growing traffic and application complexity.
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands-on knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and operations tasks.
- Expertise in monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Experience designing and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure.
- Ability to solve complex operational challenges and implement long-term solutions.
