We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a/an AI Engineer.
Your Mission Will Be
- Design and develop intelligent AI systems, from architecture to deployment in Azure environments;
- Build and refine agentic solutions and dynamic workflows using advanced prompt engineering;
- Implement, monitor, and optimize machine learning models through AIOps/MLOps practices;
- Create automation pipelines that transform manual insight-gathering into AI-driven processes;
- Collaborate closely with product and data teams to ensure end-to-end reliability and innovation.
- 6–10 years of solid Python programming experience, with a strong background in Azure services;
- Proven expertise in building and deploying AI/ML solutions, including experience with Databricks;
- Familiarity with APIs, streaming or async data, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps;
- Hands-on experience with GIT workflows, SQL databases, and data management tools;
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for multi-agent AI systems;
- Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, or advanced orchestration in large language models;
- Knowledge of container orchestration and MLOps for custom ML models;
- Understanding of agile environments and AI-driven automation design;
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
