About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business and technology domains. This is a strategic, high-impact position responsible for governance, alignment, and execution of complex programs with cross-functional dependencies.

You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams to ensure successful planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of mission-critical programs.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program governance, ensuring alignment with business strategy, budget, and timelines.
  • Define program roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and reporting structures.
  • Manage multi-stream project portfolios, ensuring effective risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and business units.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, including quality, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • Own program financials, resource planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying optimization opportunities in processes and delivery.


🎯 Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager leading complex, multi-year, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Strong background in portfolio management, program governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
  • Solid understanding of IT delivery models (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking.
