Junior Business Analyst (SAP Team)
What you’ll have to do:
- Collect business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into clear functional specifications;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify process improvement opportunities;
- Support the design, build and implementation of SAP system improvements with a focus on process optimization;
- Manage and contribute to business improvement projects aimed at operational efficiency;
- Support financial and operational processes within SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO) to ensure correct data flow;
- Create comprehensive test plans and perform system testing for SAP modifications and process changes;
- Provide training and documentation to SAP end users for new processes and system improvements;
- Develop detailed documentation for business processes, system configurations and improvement initiatives;
- Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis to identify limitation and areas for improvement;
- Align delivered solutions with business objectives and ensure that they meet both functional and technical requirements;
- Proactively initiate business process improvements to increase operational efficiency;
- Stay current with SAP system updates and industry best practices in process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with S4Hana financial processes, with hands-on focus on Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling areas;
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles with exposure to process improvement;
- Knowledge of SAP systems with hands-on experience in at least one module (MM preferred, SD or FI);
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 Hana;
- University degree in computer science, economics, business administration, engineering or equivalent;
- Proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Experience working in structured environments with project management methodologies;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Basic experience or familiarity with structured and agile project environments
- Team player, trustworthy, driven by excellence
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments.
