The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Project Manager to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.

Period: 2025-11-24 to 2026-05-29 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.

The Platform Delivery team drives Platform's strategic initiatives and rhythm, ensuring predictable, high-velocity, outcome-oriented execution. We partner closely with Senior Platform, Alliance, and Studio Leads to optimise how the organisation delivers value.

What you'll do

We need a strategic delivery expert to proactively drive the delivery of major, high-priority programs in complex settings. You'll understand the program vision, how it connects to longer term strategies and actively advocate for its value across the company. You'll influence senior stakeholders, clarify ambiguity, and build trusted relationships with key partners.

Who you are

• Proven experience running multiple complex programs autonomously, delivering significant impact.
• Ability to not only execute but also lean into program strategy.
• Skilled in leading change management, transforming chaos into order.
• Experienced in coaching peers and influencing senior leaders across product, engineering, and finance.
• Extensive experience collaborating with engineering, product, functional analysts, you speak their languages.
• Strategic acumen to navigate multi-year, multi-team program execution tied to company, Mission, and Alliance goals.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution via clear processes, frameworks, and metrics.
• You understand the roles required for delivery and possess the necessary levers to ensure the team is appropriately staffed.
• You maintain a strong understanding of team culture and environment health, how to assess it, and utilise a toolkit for timely intervention if trends become negative.
