Full Stack Developer (Mersin)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who will take an active role in our product development process and contribute to both the frontend and backend of our applications. You will work on improving the performance of our internal tools and data-focused applications on the frontend, while also supporting the backend architecture when needed. From the build process to how the product behaves in production, you will be part of the technical decision-making at every stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building modern, fast, and reusable interfaces using the Svelte ecosystem
• Creating component-based, scalable UI structures with Tailwind CSS
• Designing data-driven screens, charts, and analytical views using ApexCharts
• Developing TypeScript-based API endpoints and contributing to the service architecture using Fastify
• Managing database models and designing efficient queries on PostgreSQL through Prisma ORM
• Taking steps to improve performance, reliability, and overall code quality
• Contributing ideas to the product development process and helping clarify technical requirements
• Quickly identifying and resolving issues to continuously improve the user experience
• Supporting code standards, best practices, and technical guidelines within the team

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web development
• Experience working with Svelte or similar modern frontend frameworks
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Backend development experience with Node.js (Fastify experience is a plus)
• Practical experience with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design fundamentals
• Solid understanding of Git workflows, feature branching, and teamwork in a collaborative development environment
• Competence in performance optimization, error handling, and API design
• Experience in dashboard development or data visualization
• Habit of writing unit/e2e tests
• Basic knowledge of Docker or DevOps practices
• Interest or experience in software architecture, modular structures, or scalable systems
• Able to work on-site at our Mersin office
